How to Play Razz
The action commences with each player being dealt with three cards - one face up and two hole cards, face down. Each player puts in an ante. A round of betting is next which moves clockwise starting with the player having the highest displayed card. In the next round a fourth card is dealt to each player face up for everyone to see. Another round of betting and a fifth card is dealt face up. A fourth round of betting follows, and a sixth card is dealt face up to each player. Another round of betting follows, and then the seventh and final card is dealt to each player, face down.
At this point, each active player holds three hole cards, and four cards face up. The final round of betting takes place after which hands are compared. The worst 5-card hand is the winner. There are no community cards an each player can use five of his seven cards. The highest card adversely affects the rankings unlike other poker games.
